View/Update Customer information Section Allows Admin:

To view a list of all customers. The list can be sorted by customer name, date, etc.
To view the customer information by clicking the link.
To update/delete customer’s information.

Enterprise level customer management email capabilities allows the site administrator to send email to one customer or all customers. These emails can be sent in text/plain or html format. This tool can be used to market to customers, communicate with customer about specific orders, send newsletters, report system issues, or any number of necessary communication needs.

It allows admin to export customer information to a csv file
