Baytech will setup the fields to store the report data for RFQ. We will layout, design and code a login-protected Administrative area through which changes to the database may be made by the Site Administrator. Once wel setup the fields in the database to category users to different level of users, we will set up the fields for passwords, access level and authority for vendors to access to RFP field and access level and authority for planner to submit RFP.

Functionality
- It allows Planner to submit RFP to the vendors.
- It allows RFP reports generated into printed file both Planners and Vendors

- The registered user can only download the content from the category which the client has been authorized to access.

- It allows admin to view a list of RFP info. The list can to be filtered by Date, and headers such as Category, Area, Facility-Name, Guest Rms, and order status
