Allows users to return products in an orderly fashion
- Must request RMA number before sending items back
- Must come to your website to request RMA number
- Will be asked for the order number, which was sent to him/her with their order
- When the End-user enters the order number, the order is displayed, and
Can then choose the items from that order that he/she is returning
- An email is sent to the Site Administrator, and
Can choose to accept or reject the request for RMA
- If SA rejects it, then a rejection letter is sent to the End-user
- If SA accepts it, then a letter with a RMA number is sent to the End-useretc.
